  • Just a note of thanks to your team that took us down the Upper Klamath trip on Sunday Sept. 12th. Everyone was great. We had a most enjoyable time and it was due to an expert guide (Jess). From the beginning of the trip even before we got on the raft Jess had a (kind) professional assertiveness that set even the most nervous beginner (me) at ease. Her explanation of the rapids before and her direction during the run were clear and precise, we all came away feeling like we had accomplished something and that we had learned some great techniques of whitewater rafting.  Thanks to all involved that day and we will definitely be back for more!!
