Just a note of thanks to your team that took us down the Upper Klamath trip on Sunday Sept. 12th. Everyone was great. We had a most enjoyable time and it was due to an expert guide (Jess). From the beginning of the trip even before we got on the raft Jess had a (kind) professional assertiveness that set even the most nervous beginner (me) at ease. Her explanation of the rapids before and her direction during the run were clear and precise, we all came away feeling like we had accomplished something and that we had learned some great techniques of whitewater rafting. I have been on the river many times before, but this trip was unbelievable. Even the weather went along - warm days, cool nights. Andy, Jordan and Gil were the best guides ever. Did everything for us and guided us with safety as their foremost concern. Food was delish and riding the rapids in the inflatable kayak was a kick. The campsite (first time) was all set up and the food homemade. The lodges - Paradise and Clay Hill were beautiful. See you next year! Leslie E. Guides were great; personable, fun, knowledgeable. Clear, good, firm corrections were given to group when needed – lots of positive comments were given to us. Ryan and Eric interacted well with the group and didn’t seem like it was a “job” they had to do. Jim was a great driver and did a wonderful job with lunch set-up.
